ORDINANCES AND PERMITS
Rush Township has enacted several ordinances for public safety. Permit applications may be downloaded and printed, then completed and returned to the appropriate contact person. If accepted, you will receive the permit in the mail within several days. If rejected, you will be notified in writing.
Zoning permits are required for most projects within the Township, with several exceptions. Please find the permit applications below.
